Talk about stuffed. So today I had leftover taco bell for lunch. Yes it was cold even. I stopped by Fuego Spanish Grill in Midtown which I shoot their promotional photos. The owners are about some of the NICEST people I know. They always want me to try different foods and ask me what I think of various recipes. Well tonight I made the unfortunate mistake of mentioning that I was a bit hungery. To give you a slight run down of what I had to eat... Two beef empanada with tangy poblano relish, three coconut crusted scallops in a sweet and spicy coconut sauce, a full plate of calamari in a cumin and cayenne breading, and then a massive helping rosemary fococia bread with herb butter. Needless to say I nearly keeled over and barley made it through dessert which they brought out. (Coconut Sorbet Coated with Chocolate - in a Pineapple Rum Sauce) Forget taking picture at any of the nightclubs after that. I sat at the bar an put my head down and told my friend Angie who's a bartender that she brings anything else out and we're fighting. =)

I did get some bad news tonight. Turns out my friend is going to get fired from one of the clubs I work out. I feel really bad for her and want to take her flowers or take her to a movie or something. I know she's going to cry cause she really got excited that she got the job but I guess she's not working out to well in their opinion.

Oh and I need a date Sunday any takers?

Hung out with Sasha's(www.djsasha.com) dad last night along with some other people. They started this really great organization that donates to UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund). Basically these headlining dj's, records labels, and members of the nightclub community have been autioning off things like VIP packages, signed one of a kind items, etc and donating all the money to charity. It's such a noble cause and it's great to see people giving back not just to the music scene but also to a much wider demographic. I'm going to be creating a limited run of photographs/art of some of these dj's to have them sign and then be auctioned off. I'll let you know when I do if any of you are interested. I'm just glad I can help. =)
