So I indulged in sleep last night. And when I mean indulged I mean like came home at like 6:30 took care of a few things and next thing I know I'm waking up 30 minutes before needing to be at work at 9am . I only intended to sleep like an hour or so. I love how sleep dep comes back and gets you. =)
In other news, Richland, SC will be getting $77 dollars from me for a nice little speeding ticket going 64 in a 55. Or at least that's what the ticket said. I'm was actually doing 78 in a 55 at 5:30 in the morning trying to keep up with some friends heading to Hilton Head from being up all night at Club Moxi in Savannah. (boy that was a mouthful) And I'm guessing he might not have pulled me over if I did the "Oh a cop is sitting right there let me slow down" bit. But no when your that tired driving through the marsh that early in the morning coming around a turn and there is this really dark empty spot on the side of the Gold Rush strip club, I just was just to tired to care. So I went blazing past that spot even after I saw the headlights of a car turn on in that dark spot. He didn't turn his blue and red lights on until I was probably another 200 feet closer. So he definitely gave me a chance I just didn't care I guess. Oh well you win some you lose some. At least he gave me some what of a break reducing my ticket cause if I had a speed related accident I would have been the only one to worry as there wasn't a soul on the road besides myself and the people I was following and the fact I was out of town and honestly had no clue what the speed limit was on that road.
