A heavy heart
Jun. 2nd, 2004 09:54 amYesterday I got news that my boss's father who is an amazing man died in Saudi Arabia after an attack where he worked. Frank's dad left a company over 15 years ago that used to design rocket motors cause he didn't want to help advance anything that hurt people. He went to help build a hospital that was not only self sufficent but also enviromentally friendly. It was evident in the things that Frank did that his father had a deep impact on his view on the world. Frank drives a hybrid car, is a vegitarian, and does little things like avoid electronic doors or driving to lunch instead opping to walk the couple blocks instead.

"Besides the boy, the dead included three Saudis, one American, one Italian, eight Indians, three Filipinos, two Sri Lankans, one Swede, one South African and one Briton, the ministry said."
Frank's dad was the one american. I wish the world didn't have to be like this.
