So the uber machine is still twacked

I'm not totally positive what killed it this time. I actually believe for the first time I actually ran it to hard. And which seems like "How in the world can you run a computer to hard?" Well when you've got multi gig photoshop files open, trillian with 3 aim names, 1 msn, 2 yahoo, 1 icq, AIM, outlook express, Illustrator, 3d studio max, probably 3-5 web browsers, 2 downloads, ftping up/down files, etc. etc. I think it caused the OS to just die. Goodness knows I'd probably keel over trying to manage that much stuff at once. Cause now it tries to scan disk and just freezes. I figure it's time to wipe my main drive and reinstall everything anyway. I've probably clogged it up with a lot of senseless plug ins and such.
