When was the last time you looked at someone, something, someplace. And then just closed your eyes and tried to sense how it feels, smells, sounds, tastes. All the finer details that shape our memories, makes them more vivid. I wish I had more time. More time to spend on everything common and uncommon. After watching performances like Kenna, Ariel, and Fischerspooner it reminds me of things like Rabbit in the Moon, Cirque Du Soleil, Myst, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and everything else that are beautiful works of creative exploration and story telling. And what makes them so beautifully captivating? Refinement. The time spent to make every facet polished, glimmer and shine. It's things like that bring human life together. People always talk about how communication is the key thing in relationships. But it's not just communicating but communication on a much higher level or refinement. The message is given to you not just in sound, or art, or flavors, but in multiple stages of as many senses as possible. So next time you talk or hold someone, touch or view something, hear or smell where you are, try to take that extra second to add one degree of refinement to your memory. Cause that's life trying to communicate with you.
