I found out today that I WILL in fact get a new machine at work. They got a whole slew of brand new Dell machines and gave them to most of the people in development. I watched as the boxes dwindled down as they went and got one and set it up in their cubes. I was just waiting for the "ok Erich you can go grab one of the machines" But then they were all gone and It gave me a sense of lower value in the company as a designer versus a programmer. But yes, I was told another machine was being ordered for me. AND with Photoshop CS already on it! *sigh* <3
