Sometimes some of the things I do amazes even myself. So there has been this person who had sent me an email a long time ago about saying some other girl was stealing my art. Unfortunately this person didn't mention where or how. I sent an email back and all they did was send the design I did back to me which didn't tell me anything about where it was being stolen. So I just forgot about it.

Well yesterday someone adds me to my msn messanger and doesn't send an IM. Which of course I hate espcially when I have no idea who that person is. So today I see them online and message them. They tell me who they are and actually sends me the link to the deviantart account of someone who at one time did claim to have done some of the designs I did. They were no longer up there but you could see the dialog between the thief and this person.

I thought it was such a wonderful gesture even though I don't really care that much if people use my art work. And I just got this feelling that this person really did something out of there way to contact me and tell me about this theif when there was nothing to be gained by it. So not only did I send this person the link to Tanreik. I happened to notice in their profile that they wished they had a subscription to deviant art. So I went a nd purchased a years subscription for them as a thank you.

I don't know what really possessed me to pay 30 dollers to someone I don't even know just cause my heart told me too. But it did make me smile to know that while I'm not always a model citizen, I do dream and believe that the ones of us that make the world a beautiful, caring, and thoughtful place should be given thanks and notice.

And now my heart is content.
