So... had my court date this morning for my whole suspended license thing. All I can say even though I have a $816 doller fine I'm thankful for the fact the judge decided not to give me 10 days of jail time. Talk about actually being genuiunly terrified. Sitting in that court room with all those other people and actually watching the baliff take people away it really started to sink in just how much serious trouble I was in. Thank goodness I had no idea that I had a suspended license when I got pulled over. That was really the only thing that saved me.

Which makes you wonder... how life would just sort of stop for you at that instant. No real time to collect yourself or get your affairs in order. You go away right then and there. And for 10 days you basically disappear off the face of the earth to everyone else. I really wonder what I would do in those 10 days.

Probably something I haven't done in a long long time but recently had this urge to do... write letters.
