Update attempt about the weekend

Wow ok so my brain is wanting to just ooze out of my head I'm so tired right now. But let's attempt to recap in installments...



So friday starts with the glorious fact I didn't HAVE to wake up for work cause as I said before Thursdays are my new Fridays at work! Mostly cause I took the rest of my personal and floating holidays and took off every friday from now until I'm out of here. So I spent the day finishing laundry, cleaning the house, and other misc tasks prepping for Bao (my best friend from college/fraternity pledge brother) coming in from Pearl Harbor in Hawaii where he's stationed. Now I haven't seen him in over 5 years so I wasn't sure what to expect. Funny thing is our friendship really hasn't changed at all so it was an awesome weekend.

But anywho he shows up and Ashley and I take him to Nikkimotos for sushi. Besides the major amounts of crap I got for getting a Strawberry-lemonade martini(drink 1) we ate our face with sushi and had a grand time. Also note Erich has a shot of Sake(drink 2).

So we get back to my place and proceed to get him settled in and start the pre going out festivities. Made some remarks at dinner about being a gin drinker now blah blah ... sooo... Hennricks Gin Martini with a Jalopeno stuffed olive. (drink 3 and 4) of course he decided to cry about how strong it was. SO I made up a batch of Parrot bay and OJ (drinks 5, 6, and 7) in a nice healthy half and half mix in pint glasses. We laughing about old times and looking through photos and such by this point. And we're like ok time to get going. And since it's so pricey at the club we decided to do a shot before we went. Contreau and Grey Goose Orange shot (drink 8)

We get to the club and thanks to the beauty of taking care of dj's and such in this town waltzed right in through the VIP line past all the people standing waiting to get in at club europe. Add two coronas (drinks 9 and 10). Dancing and getting krunk ensue. Then trash talking starts to fly and it's time for shots......... First round is a nice double shot of something that ended up being sort of soury pinkish. (drinks 11 and 12) Got me what was in it cause the bartender there hooks me up everytime we go with whatever. Then more dancing and such and then in pretty quick succession two double shots of three different liquers of which I only could name two. Crown and Jager. (drinks 13, 14, 15, 16) And that's about all she wrote. Cause while I know we had just a little bit more to drink I pretty much remember only very spotty details. ie. passing out in the lawn outside of the club, waiting till the car reached the stoplight so i could open the door to look at the sushi again, and putting the key into the door at the house.

Funny how hanging out with your old friends from college and having such a good time you really don't pay attention to how much your drinking. Ah well it was a fabulous time. =) Special thanks to Bao for trash talking standing over me while I was passing out in the lawn of the club and apparently later infront of the house too. And another special thanks to Ashely for taking so very wonderful care of me in midst of my inebriation.

well damn you certainly did get krunk, as they would say. did you spend the whole weekend hungover? :)~

where's that pic of us from potd?! WANT TO SEE WANT TO SEE!!! (i think my family has some sort of disease, we're all obsessed with photographs! lol)
