Mostly cause I've been curious but I thought I'd go ahead and give the Pom Wonderful stuff a try.



The blueberry one I got really just tastes alot like cran grape juice I think. But I guess it's suppose to be like super good for me so all the better. And I've realized part of my issue with working out and my diet. I need not to eat less but definitely more and then just train harder. I've put down some serious momentum to running. I could probably run a really really long distance no problem now but I keep choosing to run in my neighborhood which is all steep inclines and drops. So It's been great to have to push myself so hard to go as fast as I can up and down these hills. I finally started expanding my route to add more hills and such not to mention going the full route without stopping! =)

Oh lookie power just went out at work. Damn loud backup units blarring now. I better get off before everything goes.

You're right! I used to eat only twice a day. Breakfast and Lunch b/c i was trying to lose the lbs..and i did (at first) but then i saw my weight was at a stand still. Then i read somewhere that you should eat at LEAST 5 times a day..and i do that now and im losing the weight i am able to...of course i do the training like you said..it speeds up the process and puts your body into 'healthy' mode..lol :)
