Haha too funny!
Apr. 5th, 2005 09:21 pm"Does one always have to pay patronage to the wants of society just to harbor the intrest of the less then personal?"
Man I must have been in one hell of a mood last night to go full bore like that. It's funny that I can be psuedo-intellectual when I want to.
In other news I'm actually sitting here watching my students actually do some work that makes them look like real designers. how far they've come from two terms ago. Ever scarier to think I had a hand in that.
Today has been a good day though. I locked down a monthly rate with Sutra to take pictures and coupled with my locked down Saturday rate for Eleven50 it puts me at $800 a month just to take photos on Friday/Saurday nights. Who would have thought I could actually make a living doing what I love? =) Now all I need to do is move to teaching afternoon classes from noon to 4pm and I'll be set =) Cause I really miss having the evenings open to hang out with my friends and all.
I STILL have alot of photos to go through for WMC, but I'm really excited about getting those up. And I'm terribly excited about the future of StillVapor as a company within the next year. I think this will be the breakthrough year for all of us. I think the last three years of learning and attempting to do alot of little methods has taught me alot in the way to succeed. Some people think that StillVapor hasn't gotten all that far but to me having been there from day one and remembering what sort of ideals we had then sure is an amazing experience. StillVapor has gone farther then I ever imagined and I only wonder what will transpire for the company in the future.
