Well needless to say I drank alot more then I thought I did Saturday night cause I sure don't even remember coming home. Apparently my roommate said I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to get the key into the lock and then once I got it in laid against the door for a bit before finally stubmbling in. But yet another bachelor party successful I think. All I have to say is damn this town and closing everything early.

But Sunday met up with Karolina and went to see Mr and Mrs. Smith. Awesome movie. Not to serious, just enough wit and humor to balance all the action. Very worthwhile see. Then went down to midtown and stopped in at my friends resturant the Oceanaire Seafood Room. OMG. Talk about some really really good seafood. I was highly impressed with the decor, ambience, and quality of the wait staff. They print the menus new each day with the date at the top. They have a section with all the various types of fishes that has been flown in that day and adjust the menu selections depending on the fishes/shellfish/etc available. And I will say they're crab cakes are about the best I've EVER had. It was braised on the outside to have this light crisp on it but the crab meat was... man my mouth starts to water just thinking about it. But in either case that was the appetizer. I ended up having Alaskan halibut with sweet onion confit and roquefort butter. I wish I had a camera with me to have taken a picture of it for you. Truely wonderful looking and amazingly good. but after dinner we walked down through piedmont and around the lake and then I headed home.

I watched "Super Size Me" tonight and needless to say it made me sort of sad. I really like McDonalds but watching that movie shows just how bad it really is and that make me sad. They did mention something interesting that I hadn't thought of was that having McDonald's or whatever growing up that you train your brain to associate good feelings and memories to it. Hence why it becomes such a comfort food for alot of people. It might be why I get the same sort of effect with cut fruit as my mom used to do that for me and my brother alot.

And I'm moving in August. Anyone know of a decent place inside the perimeter in Atlanta?

Yes. That movie was scary (super size me). I didn't eat fast food for a week. Now I eat it once a week (but I feel guilty and try to eat better). I almost never eat fast food hamburgers anymore - so I guess that's healthier than most?

heh. i'm trying to convince myself.

:( Meeeh...that's why my sister and i eat tons of mcdonalds everytime she visits. reminds us of being little and being "treated" to mcdonalds..when my mom or my dad could afford it :(

Must also be why I love ketchup chips, as nothing good could come out of eating those.

BTW, when will the dj rap pics be up?? :) I'll call you tomorrow night about thursday since you said tuesdays and thursdays :)
