30 pounds of armor and an asian

So guess what showed up yesterday?


That's right the front and back roman armor pieces, the leather front armor and the brass leg greaves.
I tried it all on last night and I'll have to make adjustments with a mallet to bend it a little close to my body shape. I think it bent across the shoulder pieces in shipping making the armor hold someone with a shorter frame then myself. The only things left is to get a cape and a tunic for underneath. I'll worry about the shoulder pieces, helmet, and fur overlays another time. Those items would just make it more difficult to move around in a nightclub which I fear is already going to be interesting.

The book is great!! I'll call you in a few, I was going to see if maybe you would accompany me to have my blood drawn....I've fainted and become so light headed afterwards, I don't like going alone...

I'll definitely have to see you in your costume - I'm going to be a nurse....not very original, I know, I wanted to be Princess Lia in the metal bikini thing but I was afraid I'd be way too cold! xo
