Half way built

So I'm halfway assembling the 600 pounds of Ikea furniture in my room. This PAX waredrobe is huge. I have an inch of clearence with the ceiling and my ceilings are 9 feet. I figure I'll be giving away a lot of clothes to good will.
I think the birthday plan is dinner at P'Cheen on Saturday at 7 then Halo afterwards. Or possible Six or Lava. In either case the weekend looks good. Dinner with Ashley on Friday (Attempts to contain excitement !), John's birthday party afterwards. Then my birthday party Saturday and Sunday to recover.
I am glad the holidays are finally over though. I thought I'd make it through them fine but New Years really got me down especially at midnight there was no one there that I wanted to kiss. Oh well though right? I just concentrated on taking pictures and that seemed to pass the time.

I know what it's like to spend New Years surrounded by lots of people, yet be completey alone. I didn't give into it this year though. I went to sleep at 9:10 and had earplugs in. Didn't see the point in celebrating a new year when they all seem the same to me. and since I had no one to celebrate with, it would have just been a reminder that Valentine's Day is just around the corner.
