Jan. 4th, 2003 06:54 amTalk about tired. It's now creeping to 7am and I'm just beat. Been out all night playing amateur photographer. I did get some photos that I did like. I haven't yet transfer them to my computer so I'm not exactly sure if they came out totally ok cause that little LCD screen on the camera is sometimes misleading.
But I had some waffle house before coming home and noticed how down on life the lady working there must feel. Not cause she works at waffle house or anything it just was something you could see by how she moved around and the way she talked. I felt pretty bad for her. But what amazes me more is how being polite and then just smiling can cast a ray of sunshine for someones dreary day. I left her a 5 doller tip to the 8.74 cent bill. Makes me wonder if she'll pass that ray of sunshine to someone else or if on a much much smaller scale I contributed if only for a brief moment in time a positive to existing instead of a negative or just taking up space. Makes me think of some quote which i'm sure i'll misquote or have tailored for my own devices "I can change the world, one smile at a time" It's not really a thing I do for karma or anything like that it's understanding that everyone else no matter how mean, nice, bitter, scared, confused, or happy they are it all comes down to they're a human being just like me.

Date: 2003-01-04 07:07 pm (UTC)Digitally yes I either print the photos on my computer or take the digitally corrected files to wolf camera to have printed.
As for film I don't develop my own photos anymore. It's easier to take color film to a development lab. But picking a good lab is a must. As for black and white I used to always develop my own black and white but I haven't shot any in quite sometime.
I do have my seal on my design degree for photography so let the questions fly if I can't answer your question I'm sure I can point you to where to find out. =)
