I spend a lot of time reading all of your journals and commenting, but always seem to forget to post in mine. =)

I wonder why we can't just sleep on and off like a light switch. Wouldn't be nice to just take 5 minutes here 5 minutes there of sleep and have it all be additive. Sigh that would be make life so much easier.
