A good thing, and a dilemma

So I get the dilemma out of the way first. It's my hair. I don't know whether to cut it back to being short or keep it the length it is now and possibly a bit longer. Why am I have such an issue with this (besides being a foo foo princess about my hair) When it's short it's easy to maintain etc etc. I don't have to worry about the wind, looking like a mess after taking a nap, or by the end of the day. But I have these feelings of hollywood where the longer hair has more that model (no I'm not trying to kid myself and pretend I am one), romantic, exotic long hair look. I've never really had long hair before nor have I really ever had highlights in my hair. But I do pose the dilemma of having this image of myself in my head and yet I'm sure people see me different then I think I am. SO I'll have to post pictures sometime but for those that might know me or have seen me or pictures or even just have an opinion about it... what do you think I should do?

and since this is such a novel I'll post the good thing in another post =)

I actually like your hair short, but long enough on the top so you can make it look messy. As for colour, I think you should put bright green highlights in it. There's something to be said about guys with dark hair and bright coloured highlights. It's kinda fun, kinda gothic, and you've got the features to pull it off. Hey...maybe we can have a hair dying party, YAY!
