Last night was a good time

tsumikI went to see Ferry Corsten and Dj Rap and it was pretty cool to actually meet and talk with two individuals who I've owned cds for a long time. I will admit being a promoter, event photographer, and executive of StillVapor has given me opportunities or put me around people that are pseudo celebrities to the music I listen to often.
It's also pretty cool to get an inside behind the scenes view of how the entertainment industry works. It's confirmed some of my fear and some of my hopes about how things happen and everything besides the "hard work is what will make you successful" type stuff.
But in either case I wouldn't say it's just a better life or a more difficult one. I honestly would say it's both. The farther you get successfully and the more perks and good things that come available, the more complications, stress and headache go along with it all. Sort of like the whole losing ones personal life to the public when one becomes famous.
