Haha silly residents of this state never cease to amaze me. I've seen more crazy driving in a 15 minute span then I've seen all year. I mean did I miss something somewhere in some law book that says something like...
"29472.23a - In the event of snow/sleet/rain percipitation all current driving laws and enforcements are void until roads have completely dried.
29472.23b - In the event of snow/sleet/rain percipitation attempts in ramming, cutting off, or general stunt driving in highly encouraged."
Seriously. There should be something that prevents people from starting there cars in this state when it snows. Would be nice. =)
