So I've never owned a pait of button fly jeans on the simple principle that the buttons could impeed me needing to get them open in a hurry. (To go to the bathroom perverts) Well I needed a new pair and these jeans at guess looked sort of appealing. Now when I tried them on I only buttoned the top button. I didn't even realize they're were button flys until I got them home and attempt to wear them out.

So I said screw it lets give them a try. And while these jeans were pretty pricey I don't mind paying for something that cause's the mental revolution that these jeans did. In a stroke of luck I realized after undoing the top button the rest can be removed with a slight tug. The top hole is cut just slightly different enough that it doesn't let go at the same tug. Engineering brilliance! And instead of impeeding my ability to undo them slow it actually is faster then a zipper. Not to mention it has a sort of fanfare effect of the buttons letting go.

I have been convinced that button flys are far superior then a zipper. :)

Oh my! Just don't tug them too hard or the buttons will start falling off.

I beg to differ. The zipper is a mechanical engineer's perfection, especially on the jeans. Simply finding the little tab and pulling up followed by the concluding top button, where as on button fly jeans you have to sequencially button each button one by one in more time consuming process over the zipper. Although it seems practical to value the "unbuttoning" time process for obvious reasons, such as hyperextention of the bladder, complete comsumption to sexual overload, exothermic reaction to bodily garments (especially pants), it is very value to add the donning time of fashionable cutural necessity, such as pants. In instances such as procrastination of going to work, relieving oneself in an unhygenic public restroom, or rapid exitus from sleeping with another man's girlfriend. Both cases must be equally weighted and taken into account.

Though I will agree with you that the zipper does have one backfire from its seemingly perfectionism. Often times guys may seem to get "stuck" in a zipper, but is often the reason from a guy "Acting" faster than he is "thinking" and is his own damn fault.
